Tea Haul #3

Hello my loves!

I'm back to share my long awaited 3rd and finally tea haul (for the time being). Made an order of teas for my mother and I because we enjoy a nice cup of relaxing tea. These are all teas that have some sort of purpose whether medicinal or just for relaxation.
These are teas that I have been hearing about or have been dying to try out for a while. You already know I'm obsessed with Celestial Seasonings teas so I'm happy to be trying other brands. Keep in mind, I am a tea bag drinker. I have not yet ventured into the realm of tea leaves.

Below is a list of all the teas I've gotten in order as shown in the video:
  • Choice Organic White Peony
  • Organic India Tulsi Sweet Rose
  • Numi Organic White Rose
  • Traditional Medicinals Throat Coat Traditional Medicinals Back on Tract - Hibiscus Cranberry
  • Celestial Seasonings Acai Mango Zinger

Tea Haul #2

Tea time, darling!
Darling, it's tea time!!

Yes, I'm back with another tea haul, my second one to be exact. I've already shared my tea collection with you all and shared my first tea haul, which you can definitely go and check out. Even though some of these were in my tea collection post, I wanted to do a separate post on sharing them since I did a video.
I have split these teas with my mother and/or given her certain ones that I didn't like or need. We tend to go 50/50 on our teas. I have picked up from either Walmart, Target or my local Shop Rite supermarket. I'll try to state where I got each of them from. I got these over 3 different trips.

I love every last one of these teas. Some more than others. Some with sugar and some straight up. Tea is becoming a huge part of my life.

What tea have you recently tried?

My Tea Favorites

I am such a fan of tea! I love hot tea and typically drink at least two cups each day and some days it’s upwards of three. I used to drink only when I got sick or had a sore throat, but now I drink every morning with breakfast. I find that tea is light and gentle way to get my day going. I normally drink a black tea so that the caffeine can help wake me up, but on mornings I feel energized I go for a white or green tea. Sometimes I make an herbal tea midday for lunch or just to drink. In the evenings, I drink a tea that contains chamomile to help me wind down after a long day with my one year old son.

Today I'm here to share my favorite teas with you. A few days ago I shared my tea collection, so check that out if you haven't already. Please keep in mind that these are store bought tea bags. I have not yet ventured into the art of drinking loose leaf teas. I almost always add sugar and/or honey to my teas, but some herbal teas I do drink straight up.
Morning Teas

My Tea Collection

Snow. Rain. Sleet. Hail. The time of month I totally dislike because of the cold weather it brings -- winter. Now that winter is hitting full force here on the east coast I figured I'd share my consistently growing tea collection. I do drink coffee, cappuccinos and hot chocolates every now and then, but I've been an avid tea drinker as of late. I tend to drink a lot of herbal teas and prefer bagged teas to loose leaf (for now). I love everything about tea, from the actual ingredients to steeping and simply sipping a nice cup. Tea is good for the body, mind and soul.

I tend to drink anywhere from 2-3 cups of tea a day currently. I always make sure to have a green or black tea in the morning and an herbal tea at night. I stick an extra tea of my choice during the day where I see fit.

I do share these teas with my mother and siblings when they are need of a tea to drink.

So let's get to my tea collection ...

Celestial Seasonings

Tea Addict...Maybe

I have always had a dislike for water since my teenage years began. Yes, yes, I know water is good, it's essential to life and etc. However, I can't stand to drink it unless I'm extremely hot or my throat is dry or sore. I didn't really start drinking water regularly until 2013 when I got pregnant with my son. Two visits to the hospital and several appointments made me understand that water was extremely essential for both my son and I.
this taste amazing hot or cold.
Fast forward to November 2015 -- I started drinking a lot more tea. I figured since I can only stomach (or rather am willing to drink) 1 to 2 bottles of water a day, tea seemed like another way to get my water intake. With drinking tea not only will I get my water, but I will also get antioxidants and many health benefits as well. Tea seemed like a better alternative to soda, juice and coffee for me.

Happy 2016 !

Happy New Year everyone! I'm pretty sure next to no one is reading this post currently, but even so I wanted to say that to you all. I'm sitting at my laptop going through old photos and videos just looking back on how my life has drastically changed in the past three years. I created this blog back in 2013 to have somewhere to share my pregnancy journey and then to keep track of my journey as a mother  I failed tremendously. After looking at how long I haven't written on this blog I decided that it was time to seriously get back to it.
Valentine's Day 2015. 1 year and 1 day old.
January 2016 is here and as with any new year there are resolutions. I don't do resolutions, I prefer to call them goals. One of my goals for the year is to utilize this blog more because so many things are going to take place and I want to be able to share the info with my family in the future.

Tea Haul #1

Hello my loves,

The New Year is slowly approaching and I haven't blogged in forever! I am starting a new segment on my beauty channel and decided to add this post here on this blog because it's more of a lifestyle post for me. I've been enjoying tea a lot more lately over sodas and coffees. I find that tea helps me to relax and feel at peace, so I'm sharing my haul with you all!
These are bagged teas as I am not yet "advanced" enough for loose leaf teas. I purchased all of these from my local Shop Rite supermarket over the course of 2 months. I've already tried most of these teas and I absolutely love them!
